1964 FORD F100 CUSTOM – 292 V8, C4 AUTOMATIC, RACK & PINION STEERING, BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL METAL, WELL-PRESERVED
This 1964 Ford F100 Custom is a beautifully preserved pickup that blends originality with smart upgrades, making it both collectible and enjoyable to drive.
Power comes from the 292 cubic-inch V8 with ram horn exhaust manifolds and a new aluminum radiator, delivering strong and reliable performance. The drivetrain has been enhanced with a smooth-shifting C4 automatic transmission, while drivability is greatly improved with rack-and-pinion power steering, power front disc brakes, new suspension bushings, and added window washers.
The body is all-metal with no bondo, repainted in its original Caribbean Turquoise in 2010, and still shows beautifully today. Having spent its life in Yakima, Washington, this truck has never seen salt or winter roads, contributing to its solid, rust-free condition.
Inside, the cab has been refreshed with Route 66 upholstery over new foam, a new headliner, Pioneer speakers, and a working heater, blending comfort with period-correct style.
Additional highlights include:
Original warranty paperwork from 1964
Spray-in bed liner
Toolbox
Slotted aluminum wheels
Long-term ownership since 2011
This F100 represents the best of both worlds: collector-grade originality with key mechanical upgrades for modern usability. A true classic Ford pickup that's ready for shows, cruising, or weekend drives.
